Adults chew 1 tablet up to 3 times daily or as directed by your health professional. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. 

WARNING: Zinc may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. The maximum recommended daily dose for adults is 50mg. Mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
