• Do you ship overseas?

  While we do ship overseas, our products are optimised for shipping within Australia.

• What are your shipping costs?

  Due to their reliability and speed, our shipping partner is Australia Post Express. For orders of $150 or more, shipping anywhere within Australia is FREE. For orders of less than $200, shipping Australia wide is a flat rate of $10.

• Where will my order be shipped from?

  Melbourne, Victoria (Australia).

• Can I return my order and/or obtain a refund?

  Due to the sensitive nature of nutritional supplements (dietary supplements), we have a no returns policy (no refunds). At times, there may be instances where you receive a product that you did not order. If this happens, we kindly request that you keep the item as a gesture of goodwill. Alternatively, we encourage you to spread kindness by gifting the item to someone special, and share the benefits of good health with your loved ones.
